I've lost 21lbs this year and that's great but need to get in better shape, so I started my yoga training and i have to say its pretty kool. I feel taller and don't have the back aches i use to have. I'm surprised at how easy it is to work up a sweat. Trying to do 3 to 4 classes a week. Need to heal the mind, body and soul.
